1. Do you offer finance?

Our used and new vehicles are available with personal and business finance options, including Hire Purchase, Hire Purchase with Balloon and PCP.

2. What do I need for a finance application?

As part of the Personal Finance application, we will need a valid driving license and your bank details in the UK. In the Business Finance application, we will need your driving license and 3 months' bank statements, as well as the contact information of the director.

3. Can I settle my finance early?

You may settle your personal vehicle finance at any time which significantly reduces the amount of interest you need to pay. However, if you have business financing, as it is not regulated, you may be required to pay the full interest amount.

4. Can I buy the vehicle outright?

In the case of outright purchases, we accept cash or credit card payment on site or by bank transfer.

5. Do you take trade-ins or part exchanges?

You can trade in any car or van. We offer competitive prices for part exchanges and trade-ins.

6. Do you offer delivery?

If you purchase your vehicle through us, we will arrange to have it delivered directly to you within three days, however, delivery charges may apply.

7. Can I drive away on the same day?

Choosing a vehicle from our showroom, purchasing the vehicle, and driving away in the newly purchased vehicle can all be done within two hours.

8. Do you offer drive-away insurance?

For short-term insurance coverage, we can assist you. Temporary insurance costs a small fee.

9. Is there a vehicle warranty available at your company?

For more information on our extended warranty options, please contact a sales team member. The warranties we offer for all our commercial vehicles are tailored to meet your needs. They can be one, two or three years long, and begin as soon as your manufacturer's warranty expires.

10. Is the vehicle available for reservation?

In order to secure the vehicle for you, you can pay a £250 holding deposit online or by calling a member of our sales team.

11. Does the vehicle have to be viewed in person before I buy it?

If you wish to make sure you are purchasing the appropriate vehicle for your needs, we can provide you with a walk-around video, a vehicle inspection report, and all relevant information. Our delivery services include bringing the vehicle directly to your home or workplace so you can inspect it before accepting it.

12. Can you tell me if there are any hidden fees?

No hidden fees apply to our stock vehicles.

13. Is it possible to buy more than one vehicle?

Due to our extensive inventory of over 150 units on site, we can provide you with more than one vehicle, or a different one of your choice, or we can offer fleet purchase options.

14. Do you charge VAT on all of your vehicles?

There is a large selection of VAT-qualified vehicles and a small selection of vehicles without VAT; contact a member of our sales team for more information.

15. Do you have any vehicles that are ULEZ or Euro 6 compliant?

We have Euro 6 and ULEZ-compliant vehicles.

16. Are there any scratches or dents on your vans?

Our walk around videos and vehicle inspection reports highlight any imperfections in our stock vehicles.

17. Do you inspect your vehicles before they are sold?

In order to meet the guidelines, all our vehicles go through a thorough inspection, a 115-point check, with reports provided prior to purchase, and upon request, the vehicles undergo a final PDI check.

18. In the event that the vehicle develops a fault, what should you do?

Our aftercare team is available to assist you via phone, email or directly through our website. Simply contact them to speak with someone in the team.

19. Have you checked your vehicles with the HPI?

The HPI reports for all of our vehicles are available upon request. If you would like to learn more, please contact us directly.

20. Do you offer GAP insurance?

The GAP insurance we offer covers personal and business uses, PCOs, and couriers. The GAP insurance is valid for vehicles financed by finance companies and self-funded vehicles.

21. Can you tell me what the best price is?

In order to provide our customers with the most affordable prices, we are able to purchase our stock in bulk, which allows us to pass the savings onto them. Our prices are constantly checked to ensure that they are competitive, weare confident in our prices and ensure you are getting the best deal possible.

22. Does your company match prices?

Yes, we will match a more competitive price with another London dealer for a like-for-like vehicle with the same age, spec, and mileage.

23. What are your opening hours and where are you located?

There is parking on site in front of our showroom. We are available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Our showroom is located in London, Mount cottage, Hollybush lane, Uxbridge.

24. Can you please tell me what to do if I haven't received my logbook?

If your V5 does not arrive within six weeks of purchase, you will need to complete a V62 form online or at the post office. We submit all of our transfer of ownerships online and keep an email copy for reference. You will be charged £25 if you have lost your V5c2, and if you do not have the V5c2 you will not be charged.

25. Is there a tax on the vehicles?

In order to drive away with your vehicle, you must tax it before driving away, either online or at your local post office with the assistance of our sales team.

26. Is there an MOT on the vehicle?

A new MOT will be provided to you.

27. Is your location out of the congested zones of London?

There are no congestion charges in our showroom.

28. What checks do you perform?

The vehicles we sell come with a HPI certificate. We can offer you this result before you buy one of our vehicles. We carry out an extensive 115 point inspection on all our vehicles before selling them.

29. Are deposits refundable?

We have a no refund policy on our deposits, as such if you decide you want to cancel the purchase, then we as a dealership have the right to reject refund requests. After paying the deposit you will have 10 days to pay any outstanding balances otherwise the vehicle will be placed back onto the market. Non-refundable deposits are intended to protect us as a business in circumstances of sudden cancellations and to compensate us for our time, effort and money that we would have spent in preparation of the vehicle. We encourage customers to have finance in place before leaving a holding deposit, in the event a finance application is unsucessful, deposits are still non-refundable
